Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our books and want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange a book due to damage or a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we have received your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item and sending out a replacement.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number at info@lillyandmiaadventures.co.uk and the reason for the return/exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
